Dreams and the Waking Life returns for part 3! Let the dream work continue. In part three we expand on more in depth dream interpretation and bring in the plants! This workshop includes a mini meditation with aroma therapy, practice navigating the dream space and building your own dream tea blends. This workshop is open for first time participants as well but may not include a summary of part one or part two. It is suggested to take part one or part two first!

This is an intimate series exploring the world of dreams. We will move through the science and the soul of dreaming, unpack what your subconscious is communicating through symbols and sensation, and deepen your relationship with your own inner landscape.
This event will include a guided meditation into the dream state and aromatherapy samples.

Enjoy an evening immersed in healing sound frequency by Jono. Cleansing and guided intention setting for the New Moon will be provided by Eldie.
The evening will start with setting intentions for the New Moon in Gemini through ritual. Then an immersive healing sound bath with a smoke cleansing will follow.
