Dreams and the Waking Life is a workshop series dedicated to dreams and how dreams effect an individual in their waking life.
In part one of the dream workshop series, an individual will learn the different types of dreams, basic interpretation, an introduction to navigating the dream space and how dreams effect your day to day life. The workshop includes a goody bag filled with a special dream blend aroma, workbook and freebies. Dreamers get an informative lesson on how to use aroma therapy to help with sleep as well. The workshop also includes a mini sound bath meditation with aroma therapy.
In part two of the dream workshop series we expand on dream interpretation. There is a slight review for those who attended part one of the series for a refresher. You can attend the second part of the series if you did not attend part one. Individuals learn how to log down their dreams, expand on interpretation of dreams, and practice dream work navigation. This second workshop you work along with the group in dream interpretation. The workshop includes two meditations: one breath work meditation and one mini sound bath meditation with aroma therapy. Individuals will also practice using their “dream phrase” during their meditation sessions and share their experience. We are working to strengthen our dream work here and collectively practice together.
In part three we continue practicing our dream work through the guided meditations. This workshop has group support along with practice in our dream interpretations. The difference in part three from the other two workshops is we add in the medicinal plants! In this workshop we work on creating our own “sleepy time” teas and how to work with medicinal plants. This workshop is generally not suggested if you have not taken either one or two of the series. Please be advised this class is purely informative and not a replacement for any medical care.
