Together, we will explore: 🌿 Stress Management & the Nervous System — how chronic stress disrupts circadian rhythms, and simple practices to calm the body before bed.😴 Sleep Hygiene Techniques — realistic tools for creating healthy nighttime routines, managing anxiety at bedtime, and improving sleep quality.💬 Counseling Guidance — emotional and cognitive strategies that support better sleep, including reframing thoughts, grounding, and developing personal rituals.🌙 Medicinal Plant Allies — an introduction to herbs and plant medicine known to promote relaxation, deepen sleep, and ease transitions into dream states. An immersive experience with the herbs: Valerian Root & Vetiver will be provided. Enjoy complimentary workbook, goodie bags with samples, resources, and freebies will be provided for attendees.
The workshop will be co-hosted by: ✨ Eldie DuRousseau — Massage Therapist & student of curanderismo, offering body-informed insight into stress, somatics, and herbal support.✨ Paige Rocker — Licensed Counselor, sharing mental health tools that empower self-regulation and restful sleep.
